We are new to the area and needed a new dentist. I am sensitive to topical anesthetics and many dentists doubt this. However, Dr. Anderson was so understanding. She called my old dentist to get all the information about my history before I came in for fillings. She is the most caring and patient dentist I have seen. Her staff are all down to earth and funny. My daughter is afraid of dentists but Dr. Anderson was so patient with her. She let her watch us get cleanings and even taste some toothpaste. Our whole family goes here and it's definitely a family friendly practice.

My family has been going to Rocktown Family Dental care for several years now. We have always gotten great service and never had to wait long to be seen. This was especially important when I was experiencing tooth pain one evening and was able to be seen the next day. I have gone for regular cleanings, tooth pain, and cavity fillings. My 4 year old also recently got her first cleaning. I was nervous about her being afraid, but Dr. Anderson was able to calm her down and do the cleaning. Dr. Anderson is very knowledgeable and was able to talk to me about how one of my medical conditions would affect my oral health and what to look out for. The staff has always been very polite and helpful. I also like the appointment reminders in case I forget to put the appointment in my calendar. All in all I would (and do) highly recommend this practice to my friends and family.

It had been a long while since I had been to a dentist. I have a bad gag reflex and I had a fear of dentists! I was experiencing a toothache and realized I needed to have 3 teeth removed. I am so glad I chose Dr. Anderson! It wasn't as bad an experience as I thought! She kept asking me if I was ok and I felt she was doing a great job of calming me and explaining what she was doing! I am no longer scared about going to the dentist! I feel relaxed and not as tense since I have been seeing Dr Anderson. The atmosphere is good and everyone has always been nice to me, and I have been coming here for several years now. If I have an emergency (at least to me) they have always worked me into the schedule the same day I call. Highly recommend!

Absolutely great experience despite needing an extraction. Everyone from reception to Dr. Anderson to billing has been super easy to work with. I had another dentist in town shame / embarrass me for not having been to a dentist in a while due to traveling to impoverished areas. I was able to get everything taken care of as geny as possible.
